Saving is browser-specific. Your progress is saved to this browser on this device only. If you switch browsers, use a different computer, or open an Incognito/Private window, your saved data will not be there. Always download your PDF before closing the browser as a backup.

Artwork image is not saved between sessions. Your show image is included in saved form data, but images over 2 MB may not restore correctly due to browser storage limits. Re-upload your image if it disappears after loading.

Your data stays on your device. Nothing you type is sent to any server. All processing happens in your browser. Your show information is private.

The PDF is half-letter size (5.5 × 8.5 inches) — designed to print two-per-sheet on standard 8.5×11 paper, then fold and staple. See the Delivery Guide for full printing instructions.

Musical Numbers page only appears when you turn on the "This is a musical" toggle. For plays, that page is skipped automatically — your page count adjusts.

For best print quality, upload artwork at least 1650 × 1275 px. Lower-resolution images may appear pixelated when printed.

This tool works in your browser only. You do not need an internet connection after the page loads. The PDF is generated entirely on your device — no files are uploaded anywhere.
